When calls came in reporting a shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, Broward sheriffs were hesitant to enter the building. But in the case of the Marion County Sheriff's Office in Florida, the first deputy on scene didn't hesitate to enter the Forest High School and take the armed suspected into custody.

At the beginning of the shocking video, the former student-turned shooter can be seen running into the high school with a guitar case. Inside the case were a shotgun and a tactical bullet-proof vest which he put on after entering the school. The unidentified deputy enters the classroom after being directed to the shooter's location by school faculty.

He is in disbelief as to what he is seeing. Teachers are helping an injured student who was shot in the leg and another faculty points to the shooter. The deputy sees the former student in tactical gear with a shotgun and repeatedly asks, "Are you kidding me?" The shooter does not resist arrest but makes some startling statements to the deputy including, "I'm sorry sir, I wasn't raised by good people, I'm on all kinds of anxiety meds."

When the sheriff's deputy asks if there are any more weapons or explosives inside the school he replies, "No, sir. I put all my stuff on the table behind you, sir." The deputy goes on to ask, "How did you get up here with a shotgun?" The suspect replies, "Yes, sir." The deputy repeats the phrase "Are you kidding me?" as he is clearly in shock and adrenaline is flowing at the high-tension scene.

The shooter also said, "Anyone in my family, make sure they don't get near me because they're very mentally ill. And not very stable." The deputy asks, "Do they know you're here?" To which the suspect replies, "No, sir." The deputy then says, "How would they know you're here, then?" The suspect who is handcuffed with his hands behind his back and prone on the ground answers, "No, I'm just saying, if they find out, they may get violent. Just to let you know, they're not stable people."

Another deputy can be heard asking the suspect, "Do you have a mental disorder?" The shooter replies, "Uh, everyone in my family is either bipolar or schizophrenic." He goes on to say, "Sometimes, you know, I just don't feel anything. It's hard to describe, so no one believes me." The shooter was later identified as 19-year-old Sky Bouche. He was jailed without bond on a long list of charges.
