President Donald Trump announced Thursday that he would grant a full pardon to Dinesh D’Souza, the conservative author, and filmmaker who plead guilty to violating federal campaign finance laws in 2014.

D’Souza was charged with illegally organizing for two people (friends of his) to make $10,000 campaign donations to Wendy E. Long, a friend from his days at Dartmouth College.
“She was asking me for other favors, like speaking and fundraisers and meeting with potential donors. I didn’t think that what I chose to do to help was a felony, but it was careless,” he explained. “Being prosecuted was the furthest thing from my mind.”
Dinesh was confined to an overnight center for eight months with murders and rapists for violating campaign contributions law once. He is labeled a felon and is unable to vote.
D’Souza is a contentious figure who once accused former President Barack Obama of adopting “the cause of anti-colonialism” from his Kenyan father in a Forbes magazine cover story when Obama was in office.
News articles are commenting that ‘though past presidents have waited until the end of their term for controversial pardons, Trump has pardoned several people during his 16 months in office, including former Vice President Dick Cheney’s chief of staff “Scooter” Libby and former Arizona sheriff Joe Arpaio.’
In an article written about Obama, there were complaints that he waited too long for pardons ‘Eleven months into his 2nd year in office, Barack Obama granted his first presidential pardons. ‘Mr. Obama had come under some criticism in recent weeks for not yet having granted pardons to anyone before today but the National Thanksgiving Turkeys.’ ‘They went to 9 individuals for offenses ranging from conspiracy to distribute cocaine to the mutilation of coins.’
Dinesh D’Souza was unfairly targeted by the left to keep him quiet. That was their mistake, as he had not yet written anything regarding Hillary Clinton. I believe that documentary saved us from the treacherous evil she would have brought in this country.

Left-wing activist Rosie O’Donnell was caught breaking the law five times.
She Used four different names five different addresses, proof of intent to deceive, to make illegal donations to Democrats.
O'Donnell's statement blamed the candidates and their campaigns instead of herself.
"If 2700 is the cut-off – candidates should refund the money," O'Donnell wrote in an email to the New York Post. "I don't look to see who I can donate most to; I just donate assuming they do not accept what is over the limit."
O’Donnell told the paper that donating to anti-Trump candidates eases her anxiety.

Dinesh was taken away from his family for eight months. He is ridiculed on Twitter by left-wing radicals who call him a felon. Rosie has done the same thing only multiple times and all while trying to hide it with false names and addresses.
Will she meet the same fate that Dinesh met? Will we finally see a little justice swing towards the “right”? With this pardon, it appears we are moving that way.

I like Dinesh… The only reason he got prosecco was bc of WHO he helped & his message. Although I think Trump is only doing it to stick it to the jerks that locked him up, I'm glad he did it
