First responders in France (an ambulance service known as the Samu) are scandalized after a phone call of one of their operators answering a young dying mother in Strassbourg (north of France) was made public by the family who took the emergency services to the court.

The audio has erupted a wave a social media responses in France. In it, you can hear the 22-year-old mother call the ambulance service whilst suffering from immense stomach pain. Due to the severe aching, her voice is very weak and the operator clearly thinks she’s joking.

Miss Naomi Musenga starts by saying: “I’m going to die.”

Samu Emergency Responder: "You'll definitely die one day, like everyone else.”

Miss Musenga is too weak to speak a lot and pauses before answering, hence the operator says: “If you don't tell me what's going on, I'll hang up!"

Miss Naomi Musenga: “I’m in a lot of pain.”

After an anguishing 3-minute call, the operator tells her to call another service called SOS Médecins, as she feels the woman needs a doctor instead of an ambulance.

"Please help me, I'm very ill," the young mother continuously repeats.

But the emergency worker sticks to her point to call the other number: "I can't help you, I don't know what you've got," she then repeats to the woman that she has to call the other number and says "I can't do it for you."

After a doctor visits her that same day, an ambulance is called immediately who transports the woman to a hospital where she dies of "multiple organ failure due to a hemorrhagic shock."

The emergency responder needs to go to jail, be fined, and picture put in the paper so people will know what a bad person she is so others will see that people who abuse others will get punished. She is evil and sick.
