Perhaps it's time to start scanning the black market of the deep web for a Tony Stark's missing prototype? Sargent Barry Montgomery of the Los Angeles Police Department said the theft of the suit is being investigated by the LAPD. "It was reported by the storage facility that the prop was missing. It is considered a burglary," Montgomery said.

The Movie Prop Storage facility is located on Weidner St. in Los Angeles, California. The suit was the first Iron Man costume worn by Robert Downy Jr. and would become an iconic mainstay in the Marvel franchise. The Iron Man film was the first Marvel Studios film to set the stage for the Marvel Cinematic Universe that would become a smashing success over the next decade.
