Michelle Obama Still “Concerned About Us As Women” Over Trump’s Victory

By now it is May 2018, the 2016 Presidential election is almost 20 months behind us and if you believe that most of the Democrats have accepted the fact that Donald Trump is President, guess again.

Over the weekend, former First Lady Michelle Obama was the keynote speaker at the United State of Women Summit in Los Angeles where she expressed her surprise as to how ‘women’ were in her eyes the culprits behind Donald Trump’s election win.

Former first lady Michelle Obama said ”Sorry, in light of this last election, I’m concerned about us as women and how we think. And what is really going on. What is going on in our heads where we let that happen, you know?”

You didn’t “let” anything happen. The citizens of the United States, through the power of the Constitution, duly elected a President of their choice. May come as a shock to you, madam, but the People speak in America. We don’t do what you “let” us do. https://t.co/LONhWHMxsE
— James Woods (@RealJamesWoods) 6 May 2018

"When the most qualified person running was a woman, and look what we did instead, I mean that says something about where we are."

The statements of course refer to the election in which 41 percent of all women (and more specifically some 52 percent of all white women) preferred Mr Trump over Ms Clinton.

Furthermore, according to Ms Obama, we should now wait for the next person to save us which, she repeated again, will not be her.

"If we as women are still suspicious of one another, if we still have this crazy, crazy bar for each other that we don't have for men," Obama added, "if we're not comfortable with the notion that a woman could be our president … then we have to have those conversations with ourselves as women."

"Change starts close to home. So looking for the next person to run … that's been our distraction. We're just going to wait for the next person to save us."

Conservative voice Mr James Woods responded to her words on twitter by mentioning that “You didn’t “let” anything happen. The citizens of the United States, through the power of the Constitution, duly elected a President of their choice. May come as a shock to you, madam, but the People speak in America. We don’t do what you “let” us do. “

At least by 2020 the Democrats might be over it, or not….

Michael women don't need a man masquerading as a woman to tell to tell women anything.

Women with common sense don't vote for people to be America's President because of their gender or the color of their skin.
