The illegal alien “caravan” heading towards the United States of America has already broken free into our nation - and with President Trump furious that this is happening inside of California - Attorney General Jeff Sessions has now filed charges against several of those who crossed into the country.

The charges were filed by the Department of Justice, and for those who've been previously deported they could face twenty years mandatory sentencing in a federal prison as a result of the Trump Administration’s crackdown on federal criminal illegal aliens by enforcing the new rules of “illegal re-entry” in which makes returning to the United States of America after being previously deported a federal crime.
Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen made clear prior to the invasion that the federal government will not hesitate to prosecute illegal aliens who crossed the border without lawful orders to do so.
Slightly over 1,000 of the would-be illegal aliens were initially headed into the United States of America, with over two-thirds breaking away from the caravan prior to arrival into the country.
The few remaining who have crossed are now being engaged by ICE, without the help of California's law enforcement agencies, and Jeff Sessions is prosecuting them to the fullest extent of the law.
The charges have already been issued by the United States Attorney's Office in the Southern District of California, which focused on 11 specific criminal aliens who are believed to have masterminded the entire caravan.
“When respect for the rule of law diminishes, so too does our ability to protect our great nation, its borders, and its citizens,” Attorney General Jeff Sessions said in a statement on the charges. “The United States will not stand by as our immigration laws are ignored and our nation’s safety is jeopardized. U.S. Attorney Adam Braverman and his team should be commended for quickly filing illegal entry charges for individuals apprehended along the southwestern border. We will continue to work with our partners in each U.S. Attorney’s Offices to aggressively pursue prosecutions of criminal illegal entry.”
Out of those charged, there are two Salvadorian nationals, three Guatemalan nationals, and six Honduran nationals; according to the DOJ.
From the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency in California, they've been repeatedly denied any assistance with California's borders by state, county, and local police departments, which has infuriated San Diego Sector Chief Rodney S. Scott.
“In several of these incidents, children as young as 4-years-old, and in one case a pregnant female, were detected entering the United States illegally through a dark, treacherous canyon that is notorious for human and drug smuggling,” Scott wrote of those who've crossed.
The Sector Chief continued with a word of warning for any of the caravan who believe they've somehow made it free into the country, that they will be found, and they will be sent back to where they belong.

On a national level that front door is the ports of entry. If you enter the United States at any place other than a port of entry, it is a crime. You will be arrested, and referred for prosecution.”</blockquote>
The burden of responsibility now lay on Governor Jerry Brown, who's currently being sued by the Department of Justice and Attorney General Jeff Sessions with the support of numerous counties in California, making a likely possibility of California voting red in 2018 and 2020 closer to a reality as the citizens have become infuriated with the lack of recognizing the law from California's leadership.
President Trump cannot act in California without the Governor “Moonbeam” Jerry Brown first declaring a state of emergency and sending the National Guard to the border to prevent such an outright invasion from continuing.
What California's leadership is allowing right now is a full-fledged invasion, and it has to end.

I'm gladdened to learn that our FedGov is now (finally) attempting to protect our citizens by enforcing our immigration laws and attempting to secure our border. I long for the day when California sheds Jerry Brown and I hope the times comes when the voters elect state legislators who prioritize the well being of its citizens once more.
