A stunning video from Monterrey shows what happens when you turn your back on a senior man wearing a cowboy hat who’s just taken off his glasses as a young robber in a hoodie was dealt some swift justice.
In the supermarket video recorded two days ago in Monterrey, northern Mexico, a young would-be robber can be seen entering and threatening the cashier whilst the customer about to pay for his groceries, wearing sunglasses and a cowboy hat remains as calm and unfazed as ever.

The next frame should be entitled ‘never turn your back on a man in a cowboy hat who has just taken off his glasses’ as the youth is startled by an apparent noise behind him and turns away from the elder customer.
As the armed criminal starts to walk towards a second shop employee, the cowboy knows his best possible moment has come and attacks the robber, immediately disarming him.

A third supermarket employee then rushes to help and picks up the weapon of the criminal who is quickly apprehended.
The movie-like robbery incident was caught on the security cameras of the Carnes Cares store shortly past 11:00 local time. Just a tip, when in Mexico and you want to be a robber, don’t pick a store which has a bull as its logo and sells meat because you might be in a for a nasty surprise.
