The death of 19-year-old Miss Ivana Smit (see our related coverage) continues to stir emotions in the Netherlands, where here family receives surprising updates from the Malaysian police and the private investigator doing research in Kuala Lumpur.
As we’ve told you, a US crypto trading millionaire couple, American businessman Mr Alex Johnson, 44 years old, and his wife Luna, 31 years old, admitted to a UK tabloid last week that they had sex with Miss Smit three weeks earlier and on the day she was found dead (December 2017 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia).

Miss Smit had fallen to her death from the balcony of the couple's apartment in Jalan Dang Wangi.

The Johnsons couple furthermore admitted that all three of them had been drinking heavily in the hours before Miss Smit's death and that she had also been taking drugs.
In video footage, Mr Johnson can be seen carrying a clearly intoxicated Miss Smit to his hotel room with his wife following close behind.

Mrs Johnson admitted that she found Ms Smit "beautiful, charming and confident" when they met at first.
However, the lawyer for Miss Smit’s Dutch family claims that the US couple did not inform local police that they had sex with the young lady. The Kuala Lumpur police at first ruled the fall an accident but after a private investigator made a detailed report, they decided to re-open the case.
Mr Johnson claims to have received multiple death threats following the reports alleging that the death of the young lady was a murder: "We never intended to make the details of our marriage public. Now we fear our own lives are in danger, and we have no choice."

OK! Its seems the millionaire couple are guilty of failing to tell the Police whom they had sex with.
Questions: Why was this "model" in this country for 5 years, as according many local and other media sources?
Obviously we now know it was not Date Rape as she had been having sex with this couple before. So what is the crime here besides the "model" having drugs usually related to sex parties situations?
The vague statement "drugs were found ….". Does not say who owned the drugs, or where they were found. So were the drugs found in the "Models" purse, the open party area, or another room like the couples area.
Who besides the 3 where there? The elevator clearly shows more than 3 headed the party.
Is the lawyer looking for a $$$$$ to soothe over the family's loss for a daughter that chose to work as a "model" in a location 6,300+ mile away?
IF she worked as a "Model" for 5 years, as many sources claim, that would have placed her at 14 Years Old to start and 3+ years as underage minor or still underage for many Asian countries that require 20+ and working 6,300 miles from home.
Where were the parents for the 3+ years, were they with her, or back home?
There a lot of questions that need answering before I point a finger and place guilt.
