The Channel Islands area of California is reported to be the epicenter, which hit at around 12:30 PM Pacific Time, as reported by the United States Geological Survey.

The Los Angeles Police Department has already tweeted that they're going to “work with all our local partners to check infrastructure and critical locations.”
