In today's episode of “why they have to go back,” another pedophile federal criminal illegal alien in Oregon has been charged with raping a girl younger than the age of fourteen, and police say it happened numerous times.
The disgusting parasite goes by the name of Anastacio Eugenio Lopez-Fabian, and he's a 24-year-old Guatemalan National who has no business inside the United States of America since he's been deported from the United States of America on at least two occasions.

Shockingly, the rapist pedophile illegal alien was arrested last month by the Seaside Police Department, who then allowed him to post a $25,000 bail bond and be released from custody, once again proving that liberal policies are equivalent to a mental disorder, dangerous, and potentially lethal.
He now faces a mandatory six-year prison term for his crimes, although many would argue that such a punishment isn't possibly enough since he's facing the excruciatingly disgusting charges of two counts of second-degree rape, three counts of third-degree rape, fourth-degree assault, and harassment.
Upon exiting a hearing before a Judge outside the Clatsop County Circuit Court, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency was waiting and took this criminal racist into custody. It would have been a shame if he had an accident on the way back to jail.
“Hours after his release, ICE deportation officers received information from federal databases about his prior immigration history and his most recent arrest. From there, they conducted an online review of jail and court records and determined that Lopez-Fabian did not have lawful status in the country, and subsequently, targeted him for immigration enforcement.” Cutrell said in an email. “ICE focuses its enforcement resources on individuals who pose a threat to national security, public safety, and border security.”
Sheriff Tom Bergin said there wasn't “time” for them to notify the ICE agency.
“He posted bail, so there’s not much we can do unless ICE notifies us, which it didn’t,” Bergin said. “ICE puts out a blanket statement every time they do these things because they want to cover their butts. Believe me, we want to hold these guys.”
Representative Suzanne Bonamici (D-OR) is also attempting to introduce legislation that would bar similar arrests from happening outside the courthouses in the state, essentially meaning g had such a law been in place this illegal alien pedophile rapist would be free right now.
It's these types of repeat offenders who not only make a mockery of our nation's immigration laws, but it's the Democratic Party and Democratic-controlled states in the nation who continue to enforce little to nothing when it comes to illegal aliens, allowing them free reign to commit crimes against Americans.
People sometimes don't understand, <i>these are federal criminal illegal aliens,</i> from the very moment they crossed the border <i>illegally</i> they were criminals, hence, everything they do from that moment on, is also a crime. If they're already fugitives from federal law enforcement the moment they enter, what makes you think they're not going to continue to commit crimes? That's exactly what they do.
This man had been to America twice before, and deported, so it's most likely the Department of Justice under Attorney General Jeff Sessions will also charge him with a federal felony for illegal reentry after deportation, but had the Obama Regime placed value on American lives over that of illegal aliens, this man wouldn't be here in the first place to have raped a young girl.
It's also stunning that the Seaside Police Department ever allowed this man to make bail instead of contacting the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, of which whoever failed to run a background check on a man who was just arrested for raping a child should also be fired from their position. What a disgrace.
