A Russian shopping centre in the Siberian city of Kemerovo is currently on fire and so far 4 people have lost their life (3 children) as many jumped to their deaths trying to escape the flames.

Reports said 20 were so far rescued from the burning building, and 100 evacuated whilst it is unknown at this point how many are still in the building.

Citizens could be seen standing outside the burning building with many videos appearing on social media showing people jumping from the windows to try and escape the flames. We do want to warn for the harshness of these images.

Initial reports said that four children had died, but this was later corrected to three children and a woman.

According to local media there are fears many more children are trapped in the building which contains an entertainment complex and a cinema.
