Star Wars Episode IX Script Complete: Fisher to Appear

Star Wars has been an epic blockbuster in the film industry. The film was inspired by a town in Tunisia known as Tataouine. The town has been reported to have become a current ISIS waypoint. The Tunisian town of Tataouine was modeled by George Lucas for the Star Wars planet Tatooine. Unfortunately, the town is now being used as a base for ISIS fighters crossing into Libya.

The name of the town played a huge role in inspiring George Lucas for the name of Luke Skywalker’s home planet of Tatooine. Die-hard fans of the blockbuster often make pilgrimages to the sets elsewhere in the country.

A mysterious hashtag has popped up online teasing something exciting to do with Star Wars. The exact details behind #OperationBlueMilk have now been revealed, as Disney will be celebrating the 40th anniversary of the saga with new stories centering on the weird background characters of the series.

The set-up will be very interesting as 40 stories that have been written by dozens of writers will soon be collected in one book. The writers will include Rouge One screenwriter Gary Whitta, famed comic book writer Paul Dini, Thrilling Adventure Hour creators Ben Acker & Ben Blacker, and more.

An announcement was made by Del Rey Publishing saying that they will release a new Star Wars short story collection titled Star Wars: From a Certain Point of View that will tell stories of all the cool, weird, and weird background characters. It’s obvious that most characters in A New Hope already have some stories written about them.

The release of the book is set to be sometime in October 2017 as part of the celebration of Star Wars 40th anniversary. It will consist of 40 stories and each will be told from the perspective of background characters from A New Hope from X-wing pilots who helped Luke destroy the Death Star to the stormtroopers who never quite could find the droids they were looking for. It will be a fun way to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the galaxy.

The participants will be generously forgoing compensation for their stories so that the proceeds from the book will be donated to First Book which is a leading nonprofit that provides new books, learning materials, and other essentials to educators and organizations serving children in need. The director of the series has confirmed that the first draft of its script has been completed. However, the third part of the series will be released in late 2019.

The final draft appears to be on course. The news comes 8 months before the release of The Last Jedi. Director Colin Trevorrow told MTV that the first draft of the screenplay for Episode 9 now exists. The Episode 9 is due to start casting in July, as a result the script has been written at a fast pace. Todd Fisher, brother of the late Carrie Fisher has confirmed today that Lea will make an appearance in the film.
