A disturbing reality that exists in the deepest corners of the dark web has reared its ugly head in San Jacinto County. Three despicable excuses for men have been arrested after a hoard of child torture porn was discovered by San Jacinto County Sheriff's office.
The disturbing case of the worst kind deeds imaginable shocked even the top ranks of law enforcement in Texas. "This is the worst case I have ever seen in my 37 years as a law enforcement officer," Sheriff Greg Capers said. The investigation began in February when James Tumlinson was charged with sexually assaulting a child.
Now, two more men have been arrested in connection with the case. 28-year-old Cody Franklin has been charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child and 47-year-old Patrick Tumlinson has been charged with failure to report aggravated sexual assault of a child.

There exists an industry that serves the deranged fantasies of the worst kind of person, those who get off from harming children. The deep web is home to live stream services that profit from torture and abuse of not just men and woman, but children too. That is the kind of material these men had in their possession.
When investigators searched a trailer along the 900 block of Joyce Street in Shepard they discovered two memory sticks. On the memory sticks were over 3,100 videos of deranged sexual torture, some videos featured children age 5 to 12 years old. Sheriff Capers confirmed the horrible find saying, "There was some torture in the videos that we have."
The videos featured seven young victims, all were local to the San Jacinto County area and they all have similar stories. Authorities charged James Tumlinson with 3,191 counts of possession of child pornography, promotion of child pornography, and sexual abuse of a child.

The case was so heinous the FBI was brought in to aid in the investigation. Investigators believe there could still be 20 more victims in the area. "We are requesting the assistance of the public and anyone that knows any of the three suspects. If they would come forward if they are victims of sexual assault in this case," said Sheriff Capers.
One thing is for sure, it could not have been an easy task for the law enforcement officers who had to watch all these videos in order to bring the perpetrators to justice and discover the identity of the victims. I find these sorry excuse of human men vile and beyond deranged to commit such acts to poor defenseless children. I feel they should be treated same way by men once they get to Tx Dept of Corrections and WORSE!
