There's a shocking story coming out of Middletown, Ohio of a drug addicted inmate who brings new meaning to the phrase “pain in the ass,” according to the Middletown Police Department.
After being arrested on misdemeanor charges by the Middletown Police Department, Eugene Mongar Jr. was transported to the Middletown City Jail for detainment awaiting a court hiring later in the week.
Corrections Officers within the facility were making their hourly rounds to check on inmates, who were locked in their jail cells when they discovered Mr. Mongar unresponsive on the concrete floor of his cell.
It appeared to the Corrections Officers on duty that Eugene Mongar was suffering from a potential seizure, a common misconception of overdose victims, so paramedics were called to the scene to determine what exactly was wrong with Mongar.
As paramedics and Corrections Officers came to the conclusion Mongar was overdosing, they performed a search of his person only to discover that the inmate had a “tied off baggie containing a brown chunky substance in Mr. Mongar’s buttocks,” according to a police report obtained by local news WHIO 7.
That “brown chunky substance” wasn't human feces either, shockingly enough.
The Middletown Police Department then performed an examination of the substance, at which time they concluded that the baggie contained heroin, as test results would later confirm.

The 33-year-old Mongar, of the 3000 block of Omaha Street in Middletown, was then transported to the Atrium Medical Center for emergency treatment.
He has since been charged with a felony drug abuse charge, and is scheduled for arraignment Friday.
Maybe next time the inmate will think twice about sticking drugs up his anus.
