So far the authorities believe the events that transpired are related to an ongoing domestic issue related to the suspect and the victims. According to UCSO, the shooter was apprehended and taken into custody near the intersection of Highway 80 and West Loop 281 in Longview. Adkins' bail has been set at $4 million.

Adept Payments No. 94658 2019-08-13 : 08:32

To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Bill, and I work for Adept Payments. We are a full service merchant services provider that specializes in ACH and credit card processing for bail bond services. I noticed we don’t work together, so I’m contacting you today in order to introduce myself and inquire if there is a possible opportunity to evaluate the current merchant account for your business.

Our approach is consultative; as it serves our client’s needs first & helps establish trust. The first step is to have you forward the most recent processing statement, which is all I need to conduct a detailed rate analysis & provide you with a side by side comparison of what you are currently paying & what we can offer.

Adept Payments is contracted to board merchant accounts on any of the mainstream processing networks, i.e. First Data, TSYS, etc., allowing your organization to engage in a more competitive rate structure without having to make any changes with how you currently accept payments.

Above the monetary savings I will provide, my true value lies in being your dedicated resource for all payment related support so that you can continue to focus on your business. I will always shoot straight with you. All I ask is for you to consider my offer and allow me an opportunity to show you what I can do.

I know you’re very busy, so I appreciate the time and consideration. I look forward to your reply.

Best Regards,

Bill Blennerhassett
