In March of 2018, a warrant was served at the residence of Davidson in New Rochelle, where authorities seized numerous electronics devices including hard drives, expandable memory such as SD cards and thumb drives, as well as laptops and computers.
A preliminary forensics review of those devices determined that Rochelle had child pornographic images and videos of prepubescent young girls under the age of 10-years-old.
Davidson was then arrested on numerous charges including one count of promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child and one count of possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child.
If convicted, Davidson faces fifteen years in a state prison. He's scheduled for his next court appearance on March 15th, 2018, according to Westchester County District Attorney Anthony A. Scarpino, Jr.
