The New Jersey Transit has suspended one of their train conductors without pay for publicly announcing aboard a moving train that Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agents were performing a sweep for illegal aliens on the rail headed out of Bayhead, New Jersey, into New York City, New York.

The conductor's announcement triggered liberals on social media, who then began to tweet at the New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy as well as Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ) from the Democratic cesspool, angered and apparently triggered that Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) were alleged to have been performing the tasks their job description requires.
Rory Katharine, an apparent liberal on Twitter began tagging the New Jersey Transit, as well as the ACLU and the Governor in her tweet, saying, "So I guess we need to be protected from hardworking people on their way to work in the morning?"

The tweet prompted a response from the New Jersey Transit's official account, in which they tweeted a reply, "Hi Katharine, Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Were you on the 6:54 am out of Bayhead, train #3326? We are trying to clarify the train number. Thanks. -JD"

After confirming the train, the New Jersey Transit stares they've began investigating and would "alert the proper authorities."
Despite the massive triggering amongst the Democrats using Twitter to cry endless tears of anguish, it didn't stop Democratic Politicians from putting their own fictitious outrage into the mix.
The alleged pedophile who recently walked away free from corruption charges, in a shocking yet gross miscarriage of justice, Senator Bob Menendez tweeted out, "If true, this would be outrageous racial profiling that is unAmerican and makes us less safe. Remember, Senator Menendez was alleged to have taken numerous flights to the Dominican Republic to hire underage prostitutes, as reported by<a href="https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/congress/sen-robert-menendez-bribery-trial-set-begin-test-corruption-law-n797391"> NBC News</a>.
Now he's suddenly a "moral authority" on illegal aliens, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Agents allegedly sweeping a train for illegal aliens would have been completely within the boundaries of the law had they served the proper documentation to the New Jersey Transit for their actions.
As it turns out, the outrage was based upon false claims to begin with.
The Immigration and Customs Enforcement office in Newark, through ICE regional spokeswoman Rachael Yong Yow, confirmed that there were never any ICE Agents aboard the train to begin with.
The Coast Line Train #3326 was sent into turmoil by a conductor who apparently had an agenda which caused mass hysteria, and now the New Jersey Transit has stayed they're suspending the unidentified man without pay as a result.
"NJ Transit has taken swift action by immediately suspending, without pay, the crew member who made the alleged train announcement pending the outcome of a full investigation," spokeswoman Nancy Snyder said. "NJ Transit will not tolerate such reprehensible conduct which stands in direct contrast with our agency's culture."
First and foremost, had there been a legitimate ICE sweep for illegal aliens aboard the train, then the conductor should have been arrested for interfering in an investigation.
Such actions should be a crime, just as that of the recent actions of the Oakland, California Mayor who<a href="https://thegoldwater.com/news/19565-ICE-Declares-War-on-Sanctuary-Madness-Massive-Raids-in-California"> tipped off illegal aliens about the ongoing ICE sweeps </a>in the city, which directly endangered the lives of the Federal Agents as well as compromised their investigation.
Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf has become a threat to the American people, and the citizens of California, tipping off illegal aliens that ICE was performing the widespread sweeps through the region.
Libby Schaaf issued a statement, saying, "Earlier today, I learned from multiple credible sources that the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is preparing to conduct an operation in the Bay Area, including Oakland, starting as soon as within the next 24 hours.As Mayor of Oakland, I am sharing this information publicly not to panic our residents but to protect them."
This defiance has many GOP pundits calling for the arrest of Mayor Schaaf, who by tipping off the illegal criminals not only compromised the efforts of ICE to arrest the nearly 1,000 targets they'd intended to bring to justice, but also endangered the lives of the ICE Agents who were involved in the operation.
ICE Deputy Director Thomas D. Homan stated that he believed 864 illegal aliens who are still in the crosshairs of ICE's ERO team "were able to elude our thanks to the mayor's irresponsible decision."
"Sanctuary jurisdictions like San Francisco and Oakland shield dangerous criminal aliens from federal law enforcement at the expense of public safety," Director Homan said."The Oakland mayor's decision to publicize her suspicions about ICE operations further increased risks for my officers and alerted criminal aliens, making clear that this reckless decision was based on her political agenda with the very federal laws that ICE is sworn to uphold."
This New Jersey Transit conductor gets what he deserves now, not just in causing mass hysteria, but by suggesting that he's willing to endanger the lives of Agents had they been performing the sweep in the first place.
These people are sick. Liberalism is a mental disorder. This type of outrageous actions in protecting federal fugitives, even as in today when there was no raid or sweep occurring at all, shows the demented mentality of the liberal mindset.
Now, this conductor is at least temporarily without a job. As he should be.

Its not only illegals that have to worry about getting picked up on the way to their tax free jobs. The state troopers are out along my route almost everyday and have pinched me twice in 3 years for speeding on my way to my taxed job.
That conductor should be fired!!!
