The Drudge Report recently announced President Donald Trump will not only be announcing his 2020 run soon, but has chosen digital media strategist Brad Parscale as his campaign manager. Sam Nunberg, previous Trump campaign adviser spoke with TheWrap saying that Drudge was likely tipped off by Jared Kushner.

Parscale has worked with the Trump Organization as far back as 2011 as a digital media strategist. Giles-Parscale, his San Antonio based firm, had already worked with Trump's original run as web designer for the 2016 campaign. Parscale was named the digital media director for the Trump campaign by June 2016. Trump hasn't officially announced the run or Parscale's appointment to his campaign, but has formally filed his 2020 reelection papers with the Federal Elections Commission as early as the day of his inauguration last year, so running for a second term should be no surprise to anyone. Parscale may have inherited the honored seat under the hanging sword of Damocles. Former campaign managers Corey Lewandowski, Paul Manafort and Steve Bannon were met with great difficulties in the role of campaign manager.
