Video - Ivanka Slams NBC Reporter For 'Inappropriate Question'

First Daughter Ivanka Trump, who represented the US at these final days of the Winter Olympics (amongst other things she had dinner with South Korea’s President Moon and watched the men’s curling team take home the gold) also sat down for an interview session with NBC.

During the session, in which she spoke about the Olympics, the unfortunate events in Parkland, Florida and the US economy, she was asked the rather blunt question: ‘Do you believe your father's accusers?’

Ms. Ivanka Trump responded: “I think it’s a pretty inappropriate question to ask a daughter if she believes the accusers of her father when he’s affirmatively stated that there’s no truth to it. I don’t think that’s a question you would ask many other daughters.”

“I believe my father, I know my father. So, I think I have that right, as a daughter, to believe my father.”

CNN’s Jake Tapper afterward (on social media) was quick to stand by NBC who was getting a lot of criticism for asking that particular question.

According to Mr. Tapper, Ivanka receives taxpayers’ money and works in the White House and can, therefore, be asked such a question.

We would kindly ask Mr. Tapper to show us the tape of anyone asking Chelsea Clinton about her father accusers.

Just last week President Trump had tweeted about how he could think of no better person to represent the US at the Olympics in the closing moments of this event. Most international media agreed Ivanka did a stellar job.
