Gay Child Sex Predator in Oklahoma Arrested for Luring Young Boys into Restroom

Law enforcement in Tulsa, Oklahoma have arrested a homosexual child sexual predator who they say lured young boys into a restroom at a public library.

According to police, 19-Year-Old Darius Birch spotted a 10-year-old boy that he decided to prey upon while inside the Tulsa City-County Public Library, located at 400 Civic Center in Tulsa.

<a href="http://www.fox23.com/news/man-arrested-after-allegedly-trying-to-lure-boy-into-bathroom-at-tulsa-library/702537135"> Fox 23 in Tusla </a>reports that Birch wrote the child a note, and passed it to him, in an effort to seduce the prepubescent child.

The child opened the note to discover that Birch was asking him to follow into the restroom, which scared the child.

"Come with me to the bathroom and if you behave and keep it a secret and don't tell anybody I promise I will give you a dollar. Please keep this between me and you. I will be waiting over by the window behind you," the note read.

The young boy immediately rushed to his mother and showed her the note he had received, at which time she contacted library security.

Security officials then apprehended Birch unit law enforcement could arrive to the scene.

During a police interrogation, Birch not only admitted that he had the intention of sexually assaulting the young boy, but had also molested at least one other child, a six-year-old boy in Alabama, according to<a href="http://m.newson6.com/story.aspx?story=37541180&catId=112042"> News On 6</a>.

"We are really thankful that the child had been taught exactly what to do in a scary situation like this, and the mother reacted exactly the right way as well," Detective Matt Arnold said.

As a result of the incident, the Tulsa City-County Public Library released the following statement:

<blockquote>"The Tulsa City-County Library responded to an incident that occurred yesterday afternoon at its downtown Central Library location involving an inappropriate action by an adult male customer directed to a minor child."</blockquote>

<blockquote>"The minor customer alerted his mother who then alerted library security of the situation. The library's security team contacted local police and was able to detain the adult customer until officers arrived."</blockquote>

<blockquote>"The Tulsa City-County Library takes all threats and incidents of deviant behavior very seriously."</blockquote>

<blockquote>"Library staff are trained to investigate and take quick action in working with local authorities to ensure any such incident is handled properly."</blockquote>

<blockquote>"The Tulsa City-County Library is thankful to its Central Library team and local law enforcement for their prompt response and investigation yesterday afternoon."</blockquote>

Emily Turner, the mother of the young boy, wants parents to remain on high alert after what happened to her son.

"The writing was very child-like, and so I had the thought, ‘Did you write this? What is this, first? What is going on,'" Turner said.

The note says, "Come with me to the bathroom and if you behave and keep it a secret and don't tell anybody I promise I will give you a dollar. Please keep this between me and you. I will be waiting over by the window behind you."

"It was just so menacing," Turner said. "It was just everything that you think of when you think of someone trying to lure your kid away."

Birch is now being charged with the lewd molestation of a minor child and held on a $50,000 bond.

Tulsa Police are also asking that any parent who believes their child may have come into contact with the homosexual pedophile Birch to contact the Tulsa Police Department at 918-596-9222.
