A seventh man was arrested on Monday. Authorities said the suspect, Eugene Alvarado drove from California with the intention of luring two girls into sex trafficking.
All the seven suspects are facing at least one count of conspiracy to commit child rape. Livermore is also facing charges of conspiracy of forcible sodomy and enticing a minor.
Bodily is the only one from among all the suspects who is not facing conspiracy charges. He is facing instead a charge of attempting to commit child sodomy, attempting to commit child rape, and failure to stop the ad on the command of the officers.
