Russia’s foreign minister Sergey Lavrov was the first to openly react to the US indictment of 13 Russians accused of an elaborate plot to disrupt the 2016 presidential election.
The federal indictment by special counsel Robert Mueller represents the most detailed allegations to date of illegal Russian meddling during the campaign. It claims the Russian favored Donald Trump, Bernie Sanders and even Jill Stein over Hillary Clinton, Marco Rubio or Jeb Bush.

Asked about the indictment at the Munich Security Conference in Germany, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov replied: "I have no response. You can publish anything. Until we see the facts, everything else is just blabber - I'm sorry for this expression."

Mr. Lavrov continued, saying "this irrational myth about this global Russian threat, traces of which are found everywhere - from Brexit to the Catalan referendum."
In Russia, one of the 13 people indicted, Mr. Mikhail Burchik, claimed that: "I am very surprised that, in the opinion of the Washington court, several Russian people interfered in the elections in the United States. I do not know how the Americans came to this decision."

There maybe some truth the The Russian Foreign Minister statement.
It could be Mueller needed a patsy and after Russia, Russia, Russia for 18+ months he needed to pin the tail on something Russian.
By in all honestly I see the Foreign Minister statement clearly shows he understands the USA Media way of reporting news . "I have no response. You can (sic. will) publish anything. Until we see the facts, everything else is just blabber …"
* Be 1st to the presses with anything,
* Produce Headline Hype that don't match the facts,
* Then days later quietly present the Facts that counter all the Headlines and Media sensationalism of the previous 3-5 days for 10-15 mins of 1 day.
So the word of the day is Blabber - a person who talks foolishly, mindlessly, indiscreetly, or excessively.
eg, MSM papers, CNN, MSNBC, and etc….
