Trump has a desire to rewrite the tax code, replace the health care law, fix inner cities, reform the education system and start a great rebuilding of the American military.
Trump’s budget added $54 billion in military spending, in addition to asking for an additional emergency lump of $30 billion this year. The White House says that the uptick in spending will not add to the national debt.
