There will be no charges against the father of three young girls, all of whom were sexually abused by serial pedophile Larry Nassar after he charged the disgraced doctor in court and was tackled by sheriff's deputies.
The Goldwater recently broke this <a href="http://thegoldwater.com/news/17349-Breaking-Video-Father-Of-3-Victims-Attacks-Nassar-In-Court">story along with a video showing Randall Margraves charging</a> at Nassar in court. Right before the father made his move at Nassar, he asked the judge for five minutes alone with the "demon" in a locked room.
When the judge tried to answer he interrupted and demanded a yes or no answer and when she said no he asked again but this time for one minute alone with Nassar in a locked room.
The judge began to explain that isn't how the law is carried out and when the father realizes the judge isn't going to allow it he lunges across the courtroom looking for a chance to harm Nassar.
Who can blame the man, he is forced to stand there and hear his small daughters tell their stories through tears about how they were sexually abused by Nassar.
Eaton County Judge Janice Cunningham said, "I don't know what it would be like to stand there as a father and know that three of your girls were injured physically and emotionally by somebody sitting in a courtroom. I can't imagine that."
She added it is "not acceptable that we combat assault with assault." Despite her chastising words in court, no charges have been filed against Margraves.
Margraves apologized to Judge Cunningham and she released him from contempt of court. He and his three daughters later spoke publicly after the courtroom outburst.
