Another Marxist federal judge has interfered with American democracy in the form of our Constitutional Republic by preventing a legal deportation of an actual terrorist from occurring because she holds contempt for the 45th President of the United States of America, Donald J. Trump.
For those who are unaware, there's an apparent effort from federal judges to try and subvert the Trump Administration at any opportunity presented to them. This case is nothing more than a continuation of those efforts.

The current case involving Ravir Ragbir came after Ragbir was convicted of Fraud, a felony offense, and was ordered to be deported as a result of his crimes.
Ravir Ragbir came to the United States of America in 1991 on a visitors visa. Ragbir has become a semi-radicalized voice in the "pro-Immigration movement," committing civil unrest and other forms of public disturbances throughout the years.
He would eventually marry his wife Amy Gottlieb, a citizen of the United States, in an effort to become a lawful permanent resident of the United States of America, which he accomplished after receiving his green card.
Sixteen years ago Ragbir was working at a call center and became involved in a widespread conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
Ragbir was brought before the courts and in a jury trial was eventually convicted of one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. 371 and six counts of wire fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1343 and 2.
These are very serious crimes, despite what every Leftist-controlled mainstream media and Marxist backed independent media outlet has claimed as a result of this case.
In 2006 Ragbir was ordered to be deported to his home nation of Trinidad, where he belongs.

For nearly two decades Ragbir would attend "pro-immigration rallies," engaging in a multitude of nonviolent disturbances himself, although many following him would, in fact, turn to the occasion leftist violence and tactics used by progressives.

Disturbing the peace may not seem like a big deal to Democrats, but in fact, to the rest of us who are trying to drive to work, we don't appreciate hundreds of illegal alien protesters blocking traffic and delaying our already busy workday. We have bills and taxes to pay.
Of course, as he became emboldened with the fame of being an activist, he proclaimed his innocence and says that there are "factual errors" in his case and tried to have an appeal granted to no avail.
On January 11th, ICE detained Ragbir in New York. He claims it was unexpected, and many on the left say he's being targeted by the Tejano Administration which is completely false.

As we've discussed already Ragbir has been ordered deported since 2006 and has managed to avoid being sent back. Until now.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Brandon Waterman has firmly denied that there was any "targeting" of Ragbir occurring, stating that he is a criminal ordered to be deported from America.
Don't let anyone try and paint this man as anything other than what he is, a felon, ordered to be deported, who have disturbed the peace on countless occasions since.

Ragbir even attempted to obtain a pardon for his past felonies from Barack Hussein Obama, which he never received, telling you all you need to know about this criminal.
In 2010 Ravir became more widely-known after he became a full-time organizer for <i>New Sanctuary Coalition of New York City</i>, one of the largest coalitions in the "Big Apple".
He claims to have focused on immigrant rights, with over 20 faith-based and supporting organizations, representing over 3,000 New Yorkers who are illegal.
He has met with several Democratic Congressman and even appeared to give speeches before the New York City Council, all whole technically eluding deportation.
When President Trump came into office he made it a priority to grab every illegal alien who's been ordered for deportation and remove them in compliance with federal law.
He's the law and order President and this was one of his campaign platforms which he made sure to fulfill.
On Monday, Ragbir was brought before a radicalized Leftist Judge who has now ordered him released, in her eyes, "to give him time to say goodbye".
Anyone with sense will see that as soon as Ragbir is released he'll be right back on the run where he's been hiding for well over a decade.
Judge Katherine Forrest claims that Ragbir is being targeted by the "regime" of Trump, despite being a convicted felon.
She continues to rant and rave comparing Trump to a "Fascist" without actually saying it.

President Trump is the democratically elected leader of the free world as the 45th President of the United States of America.
The President has nothing to do with this man's criminal wrongdoings and Ragbir has been fortunate he's been able to hide for this many years.
Again, this is another judge doing whatever she can to avoid the rule of law in an effort to make a political statement.
"There is, and ought to be in this great country, the freedom to say goodbye," Forrest wrote.
There is, and ought to be a rule of law in this great country and a freedom of our nation to enforce those laws.
At some point in this country, we have to decide where to remove these judges of their robes, if they're going to ignore the rule of law over political perspectives.
This isn't a judge, this is a Communist, perpetuating cultural Marxism while spiting the safety of Americans.

If a sitting Judge is politically or socially bias then that judge must be removed from the bench.
eg. A judge that hates Gays or hates America, Liberals and Yes Trump and Conservatives
