Law enforcement agencies in Chesterfield County, Virginia say that a high school science teacher not only sexually assaulted a minor child, but engaged in the production of the child pornography he filmed as per the encounters.
54-year-old David P. Kielbowick Jr. was employed both as a science teacher and an assistant coach for the crew team at James River High School for more than twenty years prior to his arrest.
The victim is said to be a juvenile female relative of Kielbowick, who molested her repeatedly at his residence in the 600 block of Fern Meadow Loop, in Midlothian, Virginia

The crimes were alleged to have occurred from September of 2007 until sometime late in September of 2010, according to investigators.
The child was younger than the age of thirteen when each of the assaults occurred, although her current age and identity are being hidden to protect her privacy.
Kielbowick was originally charged with rape, two counts of object sexual penetration of a minor under the age of thirteen, two counts of aggravated sexual battery of a minor under the age of thirteen, two counts of indecent liberties with a child by custodian, and three counts of producing child pornography.
Authorities were tipped off after employees at the James River High School located images that depicted Kielbowick raping the young girl hidden inside of textbook back in May of 2017.
The District Attorney Stephen Sharpe said, "While the students were working on busy work, the substitute teacher looked for a book to read."
"He found one and when he opened it, he found three pictures between the cover and the first page," Sharpe stated. "The photographs depicted a fully nude young female, approximately 12 years old, lying on a couch in an apparent pose."
Sharpe added, "The pictures were immediately turned over to school administrators."
Chesterfield Police was then brought in to examine the findings and shortly thereafter launched an investigation. During a later interview, Kielbowick admitted that he had fed the assaults inside of his home.
For over a decade, Kielbowick had been able to remain employed as a teacher long after sexually assaulting the girl, and filming the incidents for his own pleasure.
Even worse, Kielbowick had apparently carried the photos with him to his occupation at the school.
Police said that at the conclusion of their investigation they determined Kielbowick has sexually assaulted the girl for the prolonged period of time.
">CBS WTVR 6 </a>reports that in a plea agreement was made with the Commonwealth's District Attorney Stephen P. Sharpe alongside Kielbowick's attorney Peter B. Baruch. He agreed to enter an "Alford" plea on one count of producing child pornography, having the other counts dropped.
An Alford plea essentially means that while not admitting guilt, he acknowledges that had the case gone to trial, the Commonwealth would have had enough evidence to find him guilty, more commonly being known as "no contest" in most jurisdictions.
The plea was which carries a maximum of thirty years in prison was accepted by Judge Frederick G. Rockwell III earlier this month, who also ordered that Kielbowick forego a "psycho-sexual evaluation" which is to be performed by Dr. Evan S. Nelson of Midlothian-based Forensic Psychology Associates no later than May 11th.
After the determination of the evaluation, a sentencing date will then be ordered by the courts.
While it's shocking that the courts would even attempt to consider a reduced sentence based upon these test results, it only further underscores the liberal madness of a state such as Virginia who would negotiate with a pedophile who's raped a child.
Either way, Kielbowick will now be held in the Riverside Regional Jail in Prince George County without bond until sentencing.
