Right-Wing Nonprofit Group PILF: Fighting Texas Democrats to Release Illegal Alien Voting Records

In Texas, a brave right-leaning nonprofit organization has decided its time to challenge the state's leadership in doing something about illegal aliens violating our laws and voting in our elections.

The nonprofit organization, known as the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), originates out of a law firm in Indiana.

Despite their origins, they've taken the battle to multiple states across our country, attempting to restore liberty and the rule of law by exposing illegal aliens who are voting in our elections.

They've continuously advocated nationwide for a public disclosure of illegal alien voting records in order to determine what's occurring in our country that's directly threatening the integrity of America's electoral process.

This is very disturbing, especially considering the that<a href="http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5296557/amp/California-law-automatically-register-people-vote.html?__twitter_impression=true"> California has recently announced </a>they'll be registering citizens to vote automatically, <i>including illegal aliens</i>.

On Monday, PILF sent a notice to the Tax Assessor-Collector of Harris County, one of the state's hotbeds of illegal alien voter registration, in which they've threatened to take the case into federal courts if, in fact, Harris County refuses to reveal the information.

Certainly, the problem isn't limited to Texas or Harris County. However, Harris County has been defiant in their refusal to grant PILF the documents they've sought.

Back in early December, PILF sent a request to Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector Ann Harris Bennett, in which they wanted to see all information about a voter who had cast ballots but was ineligible to vote because they hadn't obtained citizenship.

This is incredibly disturbing, to say the least, and this is clearly transpiring all across the United as

Harris County argued that as per the Texas state law on open records, voter registration information is exempt from being released.

This is preposterous because this shouldn't be considered a legal <i>voter registration</i> in the first place because these people who cast their ballot were ineligible to vote.

Ann Harris Bennett is seemingly concealing Texas Voter Fraud, in an effort to cover up the crimes committed which benefited the Democratic Party.

Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector Ann Harris Bennett is indeed a Democrat herself, so it shouldn't surprise many people that the party of crime continues to commit crimes to essentially cover of a crime.

According to Section 8 of the National Voter Registration Act of 1993, individuals including that of nonprofits such as PILF are within their rights to either request copies of any records related to "records concerning the implementation of programs and activities conducted for the purpose of ensuring accuracy and currency of official lists of eligible voters," the PILF noted.

"Harris County is hiding public information about the extent of non-citizen registration and voting," PILF President and General Counsel J. Christian Adams said. "Harris County is no stranger to the issue of noncitizen voter registration. Evidence and testimony about the matter have been provided to the Texas Legislature and U.S. Supreme Court. This isn't a question about the existence of alien voting, but the scale. We will go to federal court if we must to obtain these public records."

Another little known fact about Harris County is that around<a href="https://www.texastribune.org/2014/01/02/increasing-share-foreign-born-residents-texas/"> one-quarter </a>of all residents in the county are foreign-born.

Over a five-year period ending in 2012, Texas had the nation's seventh-highest share of foreign-born residents: 16 percent, an increase from 14 percent in 2000 and 9 percent in 1990, according to U.S. Census American Community Survey data.

Harris County Sheriff Ron Hickman has renewed a controversial contract with the federal government.

Under the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996, Harris County is one of two locations in Texas participating in the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement program 287g, which allows all local law enforcement officers that are properly trained to screen for immigrants that are in the country illegally.

Harris County reportedly deputized nine of their officers to access the ICE database. Of the more than 120,000 individuals arrested and booked into a Harris County jail in 2015, 167 were deported under the program. "I can see no reason not to continue the program," Hickman said.

While law enforcement is engaged in their plight to prevent illegals from being in their districts, there is little to nothing being done about the illegal aliens currently voting inside of Texas and across the United States.

This is where the Public Interest Legal Foundation comes into play, and they're protecting America's liberty in their efforts.

PILF has built an excellent reputation of finding non-citizens who have both registered to vote and cast a vote inside of the United States all across the nation.

<b>Here are a few examples of the illegal voting efforts exposed by PILF:</b>

In<a href="https://publicinterestlegal.org/files/Philadelphia-Litigation-Report.pdf"> October of 2016 </a>, PILF found that several non-citizens were registered to vote in Philadelphia.

Half of those who registered illegally? They voted in at least one election.

In<a href="https://publicinterestlegal.org/blog/alien-invasion-ii-sequel-discovery-cover-non-citizen-registration-voting-virginia/"> May of 2017</a>, PILF found another 5,556 voters removed by the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Those voters that Virginia removed, were labeled by the Commonwealth as being "non-citizens". Records indicated that 33% of those 5,556 voted illegally.

In<a href="https://publicinterestlegal.org/blog/garden-state-gotcha-how-opponents-of-citizenship-verification-for-voting-are-putting-new-jerseys-noncitizens-at-risk-of-deportation/"> September of 2017</a>, PILF found an additional 1,069 non-citizens inside of New Jersey's voter registration system.

An absolutely disturbing finding, which then makes question how many others are voting using stolen Identification all across the United States.

In<a href="https://publicinterestlegal.org/blog/pennsylvania-failing-keep-noncitizens-voting-says-pilf-testimony/"> October of 2017</a>, PILF would be brought in to testify before the Pennsylvania House State Government Committee in regards to the prevalent non-citizen efforts to both registers to vote and vote illegally inside of Pennsylvania.

PILF had requested an official review to identify any additional illegal voters which may reside inside the State.

In<a href="https://publicinterestlegal.org/blog/pennsylvania-urged-reveal-noncitizen-voters-face-lawsuit/"> December of 2017</a>, PILF would again appear to testify before the PA Senate State Government Committee in the case.

PILF<a href="https://publicinterestlegal.org/blog/pennsylvania-continues-conceal-extent-alien-registration/"> blasted the State of Pennsylvania</a>, suggesting that their failure to release records related to non-citizens voting was a direct threat to our Democracy. Litigation, in this case, will begin sometime in early 2018.

Another case, in<a href="https://publicinterestlegal.org/blog/bexar-county-concealing-noncitizen-registrants/"> January of 2018</a>, involved Bexar County, Texas. PILF informed those in Bexar County that their refusals to allow the nonprofit to inspect voter records of non-citizens will give the organization no choice but to pursue a federal lawsuit against them.

Now, after years of commitment, Harris County, Texas is the next in line to be exposed.

It's not hard to understand, <i>when illegal aliens vote, they tend to vote for Democrats</i>, based solely upon statistics.

Even worse, they're taking away any respect for America's elections that the rest of the world may have had. The United States is often critical of <i>"elections"</i> in many foreign nations but were having our own issues right here in America which wasn't being addressed.

We've seen an overwhelming surge in illegal aliens voting all across the United States of America, which is in part a huge factor contributing to the logic behind liberals pushing for amnesty because the illegals to vote Democrat.

President Trump has also taken aim at illegals, and the Democrats who support their crimes. His<a href="https://thegoldwater.com/news/16579-WEW-Trump-s-New-Ad-Democrats-Are-Complicit-in-Every-Murder-Committed-by-Illegal-Aliens"> newest advertisement </a>specifically attacked the left, saying they're "complicit in every murder committed by illegal aliens."

Besides just the violent crimes, however, there are the silent crimes such as that of illegals voting in America.

This was an enormous fear in the 2016 elections, where Republicans were certain that states with high overall illegal alien populations would potentially sway the election in favor of the Democrats.

In Texas, which has one of the nation's leading populations of illegal aliens, it's bringing about both anger and frustration from conservatives simply due to the lack of focus from any politician into bringing these crimes to light.

Yes, it's a crime for an illegal to vote in an American election, and more often than not they're committing additional crimes in the process of voting to begin with.

Using another American citizen's identification or social security number is a crime. There is a multitude of crimes being committed by illegal aliens all across America every election cycle.
