The suggestive news is coming out of Santa Barbara. Police arrested an Isla Vista resident and business owner after he was accused of kidnapping and sexual assault.
US Santa Barbara police believe that the suspect, identified as 45-year-old Patrick Galoustian may have committed other crimes. He has lived in Isla Vista for 20 years.
The suspect was taken into custody on the 900 block of Embarcadero del Norte and faces several counts of sexual assault and kidnapping. Reports indicate that the investigation began on Dec. 18, 2017.
Authorities are urging individuals with any information on the ongoing investigation or any other crime that may be committed by Galoustian, to call the UCSB Police Department at 805-893-3446. Victims are urged to come forth and reveal their encounters with the suspect.
