Video - Possible Chemical Attack On Civilians In Syria

There are reports of a possible chemical attack in the Eastern city of Ghouta by the Assad regime on his own civilians. International aid workers reported a smell of gas after a missile strike and six people had to be taken to hospital which had suffered breathing difficulties, amongst them a young child. It would appear to be chlorine gas that was used.

Though this is preliminary information, it could indicate that the Assad regime feels it is once again safe to target civilians with chemical weapons now that major military operations in the country have ceased after the defeat of ISIS.

At this moment, there are still some 400,000 residents in Ghouta which have been under siege from Russian-backed government forces since 2013.

The UN released a statement concerning the situation of civilians in Ghouta, saying: "In Eastern Ghouta, where a crippling siege has caused a humanitarian catastrophe, residential areas are being hit day and night by strikes from the ground and from the air, forcing civilians to hide in basements."

The last time the government of Bashar-Al-Assad used chemical weapons against its own civilians, the US reacted militarily. Back in April of 2017, just as Chinese President Xi Jinping was visiting him in his Mar-A-Lago resort for meetings and dinner, US President Trump ordered the launch of some 59 Tomahawk missiles from navy ships in the Mediterranean which destroyed a Syrian airbase.

Terrorists never stage false flags! Assad, who is winning the war, definitely wants to gas people and draw more posturing Western intervention.

I recommend reading up on the Postol reports so you stop taking the word of liars as fact.

I'd simply rather our tax dollars not go to risking our servicemembers and arming jihadis to depose a secular leader, based on unproven accusations.

Makes you wonder how much of that Obama $1.7+/- Billion send by multiple Plane(s) to Iran is funding this and other terrorist activites?

Saran or other such gases are much more effective.
