Pennsylvania: Dominic “Buddha” Poulson Arrested for Malibu Club Gang Shooting

Law enforcement agencies across Pennsylvania have been desperately seeking a conclusion in a horrific act of gang violence that occurred at the Malibu Club in Coatesville, Pennsylvania; and now they've finally apprehended one of the brutal gang members that police say gunned down a man in a cold-blooded murder.

Earlier in 2017, on a cold September 30th night, there was a party which had over a hundred people in attendance, at the Malibu Club in South Coatesville, Pennsylvania, located at 602 South 1st Avenue.

What should have been a scene of excitement and fun at the party, would soon become a scene of horror and terror as two patrons of the bar began to argue and yell at each other; in a fight that would leave one man dead.

The club watched as the two men, 28-year-old Dominic “Buddha” Poulson, a member of the criminal gang known as the ”Cut Throat Family” from Edwardsville, Pennsylvania, and an older man who has been a lifelong Coatesville resident, Victor Wilson, began a shoving and shouting match that had circles of crowds watching.

Wilson, a blue-collar, working man who was just a father out after work enjoying his evening, challenged Poulson to go outside and have a “fair fight” amongst the two men.

Of course, Poulson, who was surrounded with multiple other members of the Cut Throat Family crime syndicate; went outside with all of his gang associates following close behind.

Once Wilson exited the doors though, Poulson pulled out a firearm and began shooting, with dozens of Malibu Club patrons left screaming in awe.

As if the first shots weren't enough for Poulson, the cold-blooded Cut Throat Family gang member stood over Wilson's dying body, gasping for his last breath, and began firing several shots directly into his face and torso, as reported by The Times of Chester County.

Witnesses say that Poulson even reloaded his fun, while laughing, and continued to fire into the father of two’s already dead body, ecstatic at the fact that he had just taken an innocent man's life.

“This is a case where a shoving match turned into a cold-blooded murder,” District Attorney Tom Hogan said in a statement. “The victim, a hard-working guy who was just celebrating a promotion, was gunned down because an out-of-town criminal felt disrespected. We have a simple message for the rest of the Cut Throat Family crew: We know who you are and you should stay out of Chester County.”

Law enforcement continued to hunt for ”Buddha” Poulson for more than three months, with dead ends in their efforts of investigation and apprehension.

“Our police officers worked diligently with the Chester County Detectives to solve this case,” South Coatesville Police Chief Kevin Pierce said. “The law abiding citizens of South Coatesville will not allow this type of violence in our borough.”

Despite multiple reports of sightings of the Cut Throat Family, and their continued crime wave of drug dealing, robberies, and even drive-by shootings; police always seemed to just be minutes away from the capture of Poulson.

Police began to display images of the gang's tattoos, using prior mugshots of Poulson and showcasing them on news broadcasts and flyers in the neighborhoods surrounding their community.

Eventually their efforts would prove to be fruitful, and a tip led law enforcement agencies to a raid upon the gang which apprehended several members also recovering large amounts of narcotics and cash.

The South Coatesville Police finally had “Buddha” Poulson, and the family of Wilson could finally seek closure as he was apprehended.

Dominic “Buddha” Poulson is now facing first-degree murder charges, and a multitude of pending felonies due to the raid upon the Cut Throat Family gang.

Anyone who has any additional information about this case should contact Chester County Detective Keith Cowdright at (610) 344–6866. The assigned prosecutor is Deputy District Attorney Carlos Barraza.

It just goes again to show that police will find you, no matter where you hide, and you will pay for your crimes, in due time.
