Roy Moore Files Motion to Block Alabama Election Results Certification Citing Election Fraud

In a stunning turn of events inside the controversial and extremely crucial Alabama Senate race, in which Democrat Doug Jones was originally announced as the winner; Republican Candidate Roy Moore has now officially filed a complaint to halt the election results certification.

This comes after the Moore Campaign alleges that there is evidence of massive and widespread voter fraud in the state of Alabama, a suggestion that has been consistently debated on social media since the results of the election earlier this month.

An election complaint was filed Wednesday on behalf of Roy Moore and his campaign for Senate. The complaint was filed in Circuit Court in Montgomery.

On multiple instances, there was indeed supporting evidence of voters who even made the mistake of going into local news networks in Alabama, openly bragging that they'd came from out of state to vote in the Alabama election, as well as the strange amounts of convicted felons who the Democrats registered to partake in the special election on December 12th.

While the registering of convicted felons isn't illegal in Alabama, the tactics used at minimal have raised eyebrows across the yellowhammer state, where on the ground it certainly appeared as if Roy Moore had the support of the state, yet the majority of the fake news media polls attempted to shift the narrative towards a victory for Doug Jones.

While many in Alabama are ready for this to be over and done, due to the endless

controversy that surrounded the campaign and the repeated smears of the citizens of Alabama by the mainstream media and Leftist pundits; there are equally as many standing in Roy Moore's corner urging him to fight this battle as far as it can go.

Earlier this month, the Democratic Candidate, Doug Jones, spoke after his victory where he suggested that it was “time to move on from the allegations against President Trump,” suggesting that he wants to work alongside the President despite their differences for the greater good of Alabama and the country.

Many, however, believe this was an intentional ploy to misdirect from what they feel was a stolen election.

There is also evidence of collusion between many mainstream news outlets such as the Washington Post, who lied about an FBI expert examining the supposed handwriting of Roy Moore on an alleged yearbook that he had supposedly signed belonging to a woman who made false allegations against the candidate.

Among the women who made such allegations against Roy Moore in an effort to smear him, they all had one factor in common; being that they were represented by Democratic operative and loudmouth attorney Gloria Allred.

Allred and her daughter, Lisa Bloom, have both come under fire for using similar tactics against President Trump during the 2016 election cycle, and recent revelations have shown they are interested in only cash after shopping their clients stories around to the highest bidder on various network television stations to profit off the claims.

With this new motion from the Roy Moore campaign, it's certain to drag out an already dirty bid for the Senate seat even further

According to a release from the campaign, “The purpose of the complaint is to preserve evidence of potential election fraud and to postpone the certification of Alabama’s Special Election by Secretary of State John Merrill until a thorough investigation of potential election fraud, that improperly altered the outcome of this election, is conducted.”

The complaint includes an affidavit from Judge Roy Moore stating that he successfully completed a polygraph test confirming the representations of misconduct made against him during the campaign are completely false.

“This is not a Republican or Democrat issue as election integrity should matter to everyone,” said Moore. “We call on Secretary of State Merrill to delay certification until there is a thorough investigation of what three independent election experts agree took place: election fraud sufficient to overturn the outcome of the election.”

The State Canvassing Board is scheduled to meet Thursday, December 28 to certify the results of the special U.S. Senate Election held December 12th.

Roy Moore's campaign says there are irregularities, which it says were substantiated "with a reasonable degree of statistical and mathematical certainty" by three election experts.

The statement identifies only one of the experts, Richard Charnin, whom it quoted as saying the probability that the official's election results were accurate was "less than one in 15 billion."

Strap on your seat belts folks, it appears that this ride isn't yet over in Alabama.
