Previously Convicted Homeless Black Sexual Predator Breaks into Condo and Rapes 63-Year-Old Woman

Law enforcement in Jacksonville Beach say that a vicious and previously convicted sexual predator sexually assaulted an elderly woman while she was inside of her oceanfront condominium in Florida.

The 58-year-old suspect has a lifelong criminal history, including a sexual assault conviction nearly thirty years ago in 1998 in the State of South Carolina.

Since 2009, Freddie Ellis Jr. has had active warrants for his arrest, also in South Carolina, where he failed to register as a sex offender.

“For nearly nine years Ellis Jr. has been a wanted fugitive, with various misdemeanor criminal arrests throughout the United States during that time frame where he was somehow able to elude the felony warrants out of South Carolina; further underscoring the need for a national database that tracks all sexual predators and pedophiles after their release from prison,” according to a statement from the Jacksonville Beach Police.

Better yet, Jax Beach PD, we should simply execute convicted sexual predators and pedophiles, and save future victims from suffering and the taxpayers from financial responsibility for housing and feeding these vile creatures who inevitably will rape and molest once again.

The Jacksonville Beach Police Department says that Ellis Jr. used ladder to access the elderly woman's second floor balcony, and then broke in through the sliding glass door to her First Street condominium at around 3 AM.

Upon entry to the home, Ellis Jr. forced the innocent woman onto the ground, where he then proceeded to rape her.

The savage then rummaged through her belongings, acting upon his genetically predispositioned desire to steal; robbing the elderly woman of a jade necklace, an iPad, her cellphone, and the small amount of cash that she had in the home.

After he fled the scene, the victim called emergency 911 to report that she'd been sexually assaulted by a Black male suspect.

Once emergency medical responders arrived to the condominium, they then transported the elderly woman to a hospital where evidence technicians took photos of her physical bruising, and a rape kit was done to collect DNA to match with a potential suspect, since police didn't find anyone in the vicinity of the home.

Law enforcement then began the process of searching through the DNA database, and were able to make a match DNA collected from the crime to that of the known fugitive, Ellis Jr. Police then put out an all points bulletin on the savage animal who assumed he could freely rape and steal as if this is a nation without law and order.

This past weekend, a Jacksonville Beach Police Officer patrolling the Gonzalez Park area spotted a homeless man who matched the description of Ellis Jr. on 10th Street North, according to a Jacksonville.com report.

Ellis Jr. was apprehended on the outstanding warrant for failure to register as a sex offender, and transported to the Duval County Jail.

He has since been charged with sexual assault, home invasion, and armed burglary on top of the charges in South Carolina for his failure to register as a sex offenders.

Freddie Ellis Jr. is being held on a $1.2 million cash bond on the Florida charges, where even if he were to miraculously make bail he would then still be held for extradition into South Carolina.

At 58-years-old, there's little doubt Ellis Jr. will die in prison if convicted of the crimes.
