Officers in Pinellas County revealed that a Florida attorney was literally caught with his pants down planning to record himself in a sexual act with an inmate he was visiting as part of a porn video project.
The pre-empted porn act would have been part of the video called “Girls in Jail.” The sheriff’s office said that their detectives received a tip last month that the lawyer, Andrew Spark, was paying female inmates for sexual acts at the Pinellas County Jail in Clearwater. The deputies said Spark visited 25-year-old inmate Shauna Boselli, even though he is not her lawyer.
Boselli admitted that Spark offered to pay her by putting money in her commissary account if she would agree to perform oral sex. The inmate also said that the lawyer even bragged about meeting another inmate earlier that day.
Boselli turned down Spark’s “indecent proposal.” Detectives learned, however, that Spark met privately with another female inmate, 28-year-old Antoinette Napolitano the same day he was rejected by Boselli.
Later investigations showed that Spark and Napolitano actually had sex inside the Pinellas County Jail at least six times between June 2017 and December 2017.
Sheriff Bob Gualtieri shared how Spark would do his entire “project”- he would begin by recording an “interview” of the inmate in her jail uniform sharing her sexual fantasies before going on to film her actually performing sexual acts.
The detectives planned to catch the lawyer in the act as soon as they learned that he was scheduled for another visit with Napolitano. The detectives entered the visitation room and caught the two about to start a sexual act. They said that the lawyer’s private part was fully exposed when the detectives entered the room.
Spark was charged with exposure of sexual organs, introduction/possession of contraband into a county detention facility, and soliciting for prostitution.
Spark refused to speak with the investigators and requested for his own counsel.
