A disturbing case coming out of Portland, Oregon where a 38-year-old previously convicted pedophile has now been arrested on new charges that he engaged in child sexual assault.
The United States Marshals Fugitive Task Force apprehended Luis Tryborn this weekend in cooperation with the Portland Police Bureau on multiple charges.
Trybom was last arrested in June of 2017, when he was accused of taking sexually explicit photos of a 17-year-old girl.
He pleaded not guilty to several charges including third and fourth-degree sex abuse and was released from jail in August.
After the June arrest, additional victims were found and interviewed. Police said Friday's arrest is the result of those Portland Police Bureau Detective Division's Sex Crimes Unit ongoing investigations.
Trybom was again booked into the Multnomah County jail on Friday, this time on suspicion of 27 charges including rape in the first degree, luring a minor, online sexual corruption, four counts of using a child in the display of sexually explicit conduct, four counts of encouraging child sex abuse, eight counts of sex abuse in the third degree, failure to register as a sex offender and seven counts of sex abuse in the second degree.
Police said that Trybom is already supposed to be a registered sex offender in connection with a 1997 conviction for sex abuse in the third degree, according to<a href="http://www.kdrv.com/content/news/Oregon-Sex-Offender-Arrested-on-New-Sex-Abuse-Charges-463211223.html"> KDRV</a>.
