A disabled woman in Germantown, Maryland suffered a medical emergency that turned into a horrifying experience. The seizure caused the victim to lose consciousness on a Ride On bus stop bench for an unknown period of time and when she awoke, an unknown man had his hands down her pants molesting her. Police have identified the despicable assailant as Francisco Roberto Sanchez, 41, who is in the United States illegally.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) confirmed Sanchez is "unlawfully present" in the United States and ICE has filed an immigration detainer against the Mexican illegal. U.S. Border Patrol agents encountered Sanchez in Lukeville, Arizona once before in 1999 and he was sent back to Mexico.

ICE says they do not know when he returned but court records indicate Sanchez is married with one child. He lives with a co-worker from the construction sector in a townhome on Curry Powder Land in Germantown. Sanchez is currently represented by a Maryland Public Defender who has declined to comment

Sanchez will appear next in Montgomery Court District Court on December 15 at 10 a.m. for his preliminary hearing. He has been charged with a third-degree sex offense, a fourth-degree sex offense, and second-degree assault. The charges could keep Sanchez behind bars for up to 21 years.
