FBI Investigating House Democrat for Paying His Opponent to Drop Out of Race

Politics has been tainted as a very dirty game, this presumption is not accurate considering the fact that nothing is dirty by itself. It is the people who make it dirty! If people with the wrong mindset get into it, then they make it dirty. However, if youth with the right attitude get into it, they can make it better.

An article written by Dailycaller reveals that the FBI is investigating Pennsylvania Democratic Rep. Bob Brady for conspiracy, false statements and campaign fraud. The investigation pertains payments that Brady’s campaign allegedly made to 2012 primary opponent Jimmie Moore with the intent of persuading him to drop out of the race.

A search warrant was filed by FBI special agent Jonathan R. Szeliga on November 1 in the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania for all emails associated with Brady’s campaign email, on the grounds that he was convinced that Kenneth Smukler, Robert Brady, Donald ‘D.A.’ Jones, Jimmie Moore, and Carolyn Cavaness and others known and unknown have committed violations.

Court records indicate that the search warrant was signed the same day by U.S. Magistrate Judge Carol Sandra Moore Wells. Only to be unsealed last week by the court. The news was first broken by Seamus Hughes, deputy director of George Washington University’s Program on Extremism, on his twitter handle.

Charges have since been announced by Federal prosecutors last month against two of Brady’s political consultants, Kenneth Smukler and Donald Jones, in relation to the campaign finance probe. This appears to be the standard operating procedure for most Democrats. Unfortunately, nothing much will happen to Brady as we’ve seen in the past, proving that the House has the finest politicians that money can purchase.
