Apple, one of the world's leading electronics makers as well as one of the most valuable and iconic names on the planet; seems to have a diversity problem.
As in, they're Anti-White in their hiring policies.
The company which Steve Jobs launched into the front and center of global commerce and became world renown after the creation of the iPhone is now pushing erratic measures in terms of hiring.
Whereas most companies would hire based on merit instead of virtue signaling to appease the crowds, Apple instead chooses employees to fill their ranks based upon their skin color apparently.
“There can be 12 white, blue-eyed, blond men in a room, and they’re going to be diverse too because they’re going to bring a different life experience and life perspective to the conversation,” said Denise Young Smith, Apple's former Diversity and Inclusion Chief according to the<a href="https://nypost.com/2017/11/17/apples-diversity-chief-lasts-just-six-months/"> New York Post</a>.
She's right though, Whites can, in fact, be diverse.
“Diversity is the human experience,” she said, according to<a href="https://qz.com/1097425/apples-first-ever-vp-of-diversity-and-inclusion-says-she-focuses-on-everyone-not-just-minorities/"> Quartz</a>. “I get a little bit frustrated when diversity or the term diversity is tagged to the people of color, or the women, or the LGBT.”
There is a multitude of nationalities for Whites from England, to France, to Portuguese, to Irish, to German, to Ukrainian, to Russian; and many more.
Despite the factual accuracy of her words, and the basis that Apple is only 3% African-American and 23% female in their overall workforce; enraged social justice warriors demanded her termination.
Of course, Apple gave in to those demands, effectively terminating an African-American female employee who was in a leadership role and had previously worked for the company for over 20 years.
So what can be made of this decision by Apple?
They just terminated a “diverse” employee, for defending Whites. It's hard to understand how that helps to promote their diverse hiring practices.
“We deeply believe that diversity drives innovation,” an Apple spokesman said in a statement, explaining that they have hired a new chief who will work “toward a more diverse workplace.”
Yes, Apple is so dedicated to their “diversity”, that anyone who defends Whites, even a minority, will be terminated.
Shame on Apple.
