Absolutely disgusting story coming out of Oregon today about a vicious pedophile who's accused of using his own infant stepdaughter to make child pornography.
According to the United States of America’s Homeland Security Department, they've found evidence that 29-Year-Old Kelly Shane Rice, a pedophile, had been sharing Child Pornography over the messaging application “Kik”.
Rice is a disturbing pedophile, that authorities have now brought into custody on multiple sex crimes against children; of which they say he would film his one-year-old stepdaughter being sexually assaulted to produce the pornography who would distribute over Kik.
Earlier this month law enforcement agencies in cooperation with Homeland Security served a search warrant to Rice’s home in Roseburg, where they discovered a treasure trove of degeneracy including child pornography imagery which had been made inside the residence involving both Rice and the one-year-old girl.
“During the search of the residence and the following investigation, it was discovered that one of the child pornographic images was produced at that residence,” state police said.
Yes, this monster was raping a one-year-old child and filming it, then profiting from the distribution of the films to other pedophiles over the Kik app, which is heavily used by pedophiles.
Kelly Shane Rice faces charges of Using Child in Display of Sexually Explicit Conduct; Sex Abuse I; Unlawful Sexual Penetration I; and Encouraging Child Sex Abuse I.
He was originally being detained without bond at an unknown federal holding facility, where he appeared before a circuit Judge before being transported to the Douglas County Jail on a $1.3 million cash bail.
One more brutal pedophile took off the street, who honestly deserves execution for raping a one-year-old baby.
