A lawsuit has been launched against a former child rape victim that was abused by former Speaker of the House and a good friend of John Podesta, Dennis Hastert. Unfortunately, the renowned serial child rapist managed to get a reduced sentence of 15 years in prison last years after paying his victims hush money to silence them.
In a report issued by Blacklistednews.com, the sicko pedophile is trying to get back the hush money. This is after one of the boys he raped broke his silence despite receiving the $1.7 million in hush money that he received from Hastert. However, this pedophile wants his money back.
The exposure by the victim who is known as ‘Individual A’ resulted in the subsequent prosecution of Hastert, whose lawyers wrote that to the extent any contract existed between plaintiff and defendant, breached that contract. Adding that the Plaintiff’s breach of conduct resulted in damages to defendant and plaintiff and hence required to return $1.7 million to the defendant.
The victim did not go public with the exact information. He merely spoke to the FBI after the transactions were uncovered by investigators. The victim’s attorney told NBC that it was Hastert who was at fault. Adding that Hastert has decided that rather than live up to his promise to compensate his victim for his molestation and resulting injury, he will ask his victim to pay him.
Hastert has been a long friend of the Podesta family is currently serving his sentence at the Federal prison hospital in Rochester, Minnesota. However, Hastert wasn’t sentenced for the pedophilia since the statute of limitations had run out and as a result, the judge branded him a serial child molester and ordered him to enroll in a sex-offender treatment program. The former Speaker admitted to, and apologized for, being a child rapist.
