Party-goers at a Westminster restaurant and bar were attending a Halloween party that turned violent early Saturday. Police say two men were shot at Bleu Restaurant & Dancing, one eventually died at the scene and another is being treated for a leg injury and expected to survive. Westminster Police have not identified the deceased.

According to Westminster Police Cpl. Andrew Stowers, around 100 people were inside the bars lounge at the time of the shooting, video showed many remained at the scene after to help investigators piece together what happened. Police worked through Saturday morning and Halloween decorations can still be seen decorating the venue.
Police say the shooter left on foot but other than that they have no description or motive for the shooter. If you think you may have information about the incident call 714-898-3315.
