As if you need another reminder that there is no cure for Pedophilia besides death; a previously convicted Pedophile has once again been caught with over 900 Child Porn images in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Back in 2009 Adam Simington was arrested and later convicted for the possession of Child Pornography in the state of Oklahoma.
Unsurprisingly enough to those of us who continue to say that prison or any form of rehabilitation for these perverted bastards is not only a complete waste of time and money (because they're going to reoffend), Simington has once again been charged by Federal Prosecutors in Corpus Christi for the exact same crime of having Child Pornography.
Corpus Christi Police say they received an anonymous tip that suggested Simington was in possession of Child Porn, which leads them to obtaining a search warrant for his home.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations conducted the investigation with the assistance of the Corpus Christi Police Department and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
When Detectives and Special Agents arrived at Simington’s residence they asked him to sign a consent form to allow them to examine his electronics, which he agreed to do so.
In what appears to be a common theme with these perverted sickos of bragging about their heinous actions when caught, Simington admitted to police he had been searching for images of <i>”young nudes”</i>; to which Detectives found fourteen images on his cell phone right then and there.
Having a single image of Child Porn is a Federal Crime, as it should be, but that was just the beginning.
Authorities also found 216 images of prepubescent children on a laptop inside the house which they were able to see right inside the home.
Simington was arrested and a third device, another laptop, was taken with him into custody.
After the Child Sex Crimes, Task Force Examined the laptop they would find another 700 images of young children having sex with adults.
The 31-year-old Adam Simington was booked on a $50,000.00 cash bond, which he paid and was released by U.S. Magistrate Judge Jason B. Libby to be placed on a GPS monitoring device until trial.
I'm not sure what's more outrageous here, the fact that a convicted pedophile who was busted yet again was granted a bond at all or the fact that he's even allowed to live to continue to commit these crimes.
Imagine if this monster rips off the device and goes and rapes a child? Imagine if he offends while on the device? What the hell is wrong with this Judge?
If convicted, Simington faces a minimum of 10 and up to 20 years in federal prison and a possible $250,000 fine.
None of which will ever cure his ailment, to which he needs to go ahead and follow the actions of other pedophiles and <a href="http://thegoldwater.com/news/10209-NOLA-Pedophile-Convicted-of-Child-Porn-Hangs-Himself-Other-Pedos-Can-Learn-from-This">This goes to google</a> end his own misery.
