Horace Owiti Opiyo is a Kenyan native with a huge problem, he got a cyst on his genitals back in 2006 but got it removed. It came back a year later and caused his penis to grow nearly a meter long and his balls to weigh 11-pounds. The 20-year-old was forced to drop out of school since he didn't have enough money for the surgery and his massive package was inhibiting his daily life.

Opiyo tried everything to stop the growing, even herbal remedies, eventually he gave up and started to believe he had been cursed. He spoke with his family about the problem, "I told my grandmother that I have been infected by a disease, but I’m not sure what it is. It could be a curse. I knew this was not God’s work, but the devil’s."
His story went viral when a neighbor put his story on social media, eventually the local governor's wife caught wind of the abnormality plaguing him and ordered a doctor to inspect him. It took two operations to reduce the size of his scrotum and rebuild his penis. Opiyo was very relieved when it was over and he has maintained use of the lower extremity in question.
Luckily for the young Kenyan, this story has a happy ending, "When I got up I was surprised that my body was so light. All the heaviness had gone… I’m swimming now. I couldn’t go anywhere near the water because of the heaviness of that thing. Now I can run and I can play football. I’m free!… Who knows what will happen in the future?"
