In a shocking display of the cultural Marxism that has overtaken America from the local grass roots to the state governance all the way into the Federal Government, it's now somehow been claimed by the District of Columbia Federal Appeals Courts that Federal Criminal Illegal Aliens have rights.
The Constitution was written for Americans, by Americans; and was never intended to grant rights or privilege towards foreign invaders.
However the Federal Appeals Court in DC has said that the Federal Criminal Illegal Alien in custody must be granted the right to an abortion, despite the multiple objections of the current Federal Government which was elected by the people.
The 17 year old has remained in Federal Custody at what's described as a <i>”run-in”</i> shelter in Brownsville, Texas.
She's demanded the right to have an abortion, when she's currently a Federal Criminal who should be deported.
The government has long since argued that she doesn't have the Constitutional Right to have one provided for her, and they're correct.
However the original three Judge panels decision to disallow the abortion as been overruled now in a 6 to 3 vote by a new clearly marxist panel of the Federal Appeals Court has stated that she must now be allowed to obtain one.
“Today’s decision rights a grave constitutional wrong by the government,” the court’s majority said in the ruling.
“Remember, we are talking about a child here. A child who is alone in a foreign land. A child who, after her arrival here in a search for safety and after the government took her into custody, learned that she is pregnant. J.D. then made a considered decision, presumably in light of her dire circumstances, to terminate that pregnancy.”
The new panel of nine was made up of six Democrats, who voted for the abortion, and three Republicans who all voted against it.
This is an outright travesty; and sets a dangerous precedent. Illegal Invaders are Federal Criminals and do not have rights.
What will happen in the future as a result of this? Illegals in custody will use this ruling to take advantage of our system.
This is a real shame.
The girl should have been deported to her home country and dealt with it there.
