Law enforcement agencies in Howard County, Maryland say that they've removed a dangerous pedophile from being able to gain the trust of children and engaging in his sickening fantasies of sexual relations with them.
Back in August investigators from the Maryland State Police were tipped off that 45-year-old Stacy Mizrahi, a Co-leader of a Girl Scouts Troop No. 715 in the Howard County, Maryland, area; may have potentially engaged in the the distribution of sexually explicit images and videos of prepubescent children.
On Thursday the Maryland State Police in cooperation with Federal Agents raided a home in the 2900 block of Pinewick Road in Ellicott City,

Once the Maryland State Police task force were inside of the home they found countless hundreds of images and videos of young children who were being forced to engage in sexual relations with adult males often being raped in graphic as well as disturbing scenes.
Every electronic device in the home was confiscated for further inspection whereas anything found will be used against the pedophile in a court of law.
Mizrahi was initially charged with four felony counts of possession of Child Pornography and four counts of distribution of Child Pornographic Materials, with the potential for more charges in the future.
Today the Maryland State Police notified us that one of our volunteers, Stacy Mizrahi, was arrested for possession and distribution of child pornography," said Violet M. Apple, Girl Scouts of Central Maryland CEO, in a statement. "Mr. Mizrahi was a co-leader of a troop in Ellicott City. He has been suspended and will not be permitted to serve as a volunteer with GSCM, be in contact with any girls, or participate in any activities associated with GSCM."
The Girls Scouts of Central Maryland serves troops in Howard, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll and Harford counties and Baltimore City, according to their website.
"It is our number one priority to ensure all GSCM members are safe," Apple said. "All GSCM employees and volunteers are required to pass a background check, and Mr. Mizrahi passed his when he registered as a troop leader."
At this time, police do not believe that any crimes were committed with children in the Girl Scouts organization, however parents and children who have been in Mizrahi’s presence will be questioned regarding any potential abuses.
"It is GSCM policy that male volunteers are not permitted to meet with girls without the presence of a female co-leader," Apple said. "Mr. Mizrahi served as a co-leader with an unrelated female and the troop was supported by four additional volunteers – all of whom passed background checks prior to registering as a volunteer."
Investigators ask anyone with information that may be relevant to this case or who knows about any abuses which occurred from Mizrahi elsewhere to call the MDS-Kids hotline at 800-637-5437.
